Football

For my husband Thanksgiving means football. Our sweet Anderson also has a love for footballs so, he was very excited when he recieved one from his Grandpa Scott for "Happy
Pilgrim". He loved it so much that he refused to part with it when it was time to take a nap. Because Anderson has been so sick I have been checking on him frequently while he sleeps. This is what I found.

O2

Poor Anderson he is not breathing as well as we would like so the Doctor put him on oxygen. He is not very happy about it and I can't blame him I don't like things stuck up my nose either. He seems to be doing much better with the oxygen, we finally got him to eat a little so that was good! We do feel very grateful to have our boy home with us and not in the hospital. He will go back to the doctor on Friday and we will see what he says. Adalayde has also caught RSV. However she seems to be doing really well with the exception of a really bad cough. She is still very happy and smiles a lot so we can't complain!

Pierce loves Adalayde

Pierce loves Adalayde so much! He always wants to hold her and he always tells me how cute she is. Because of his love for Adalyade we asked him if he thought that Liesl should have another baby. He said" no, because it might not be a cute baby and I only like cute babies". I am sure glad that Adalayde passed Pierce's cute test! These are not the best pictures of Adalayde but loved how sweet they are!

Update on Anderson

Anderson seems to be a little better today. We are not having to give as many breathing treatments and he is sleeping better. He is still very, very grouchy. He refused to wear any clothes, he will only wear his ball pajamas. At least he is comfortable, he has never watched so much t.v. in his life! Thank goodness for Signing Time! We hope that he continues to improve and that we can leave for Montana tomorrow. Adalayde so far is still very healthy! Thanks to all for family for remembering our sweet boy in your prayers. We appreciate it!

Happy Birthday Uncle Chase!

We are excited for Chase to come home in December. We are proud of the his service and Can't wait for him to come home and meet Anderson and Adalayde. Yep, that's right I have had two kids since Chase left. How scary is that?

Eventful Weekend!

This Friday we recieved a reverse 911 call telling us that we had to evacuate our house! A semi filled with propane had crashed on the highway right by our house. Propane was leaking out but because of the cooler temp. it was not evaporating it was going into the ground and they were afraid that it would get in to the sewer and possibly explode our homes! So I took Anderson and Adalayde down to Liesl's house. Anderson seemed like he was not feeling great but we did not have a choice since we could not be in our house. We got Anderson to bed and Adalayde was asleep. I thought that it would not be too bad we would stay at Liesl's that night and go home in the morning. They had told us that we could go home after midnight. Well, Anderson woke up very sad and precceded to vomit all over me, himself and Liesl's couch. Liesl cleaned up the couch and I tried to calm Anderson down. He would not stop crying and it was 11:30 at night. I decided enough was enough and loaded the kids in the car and went home! The next day Anderson woke up with a high fever and was wheezing so, off to the Dr. Yes, Anderson was very sick. They sent us to Primary Childrens to do a chest x-ray and for some viral cultures. Oh, I also have to speak in church tommorow! Turns out Anderson has RSV. We have him on steroids and lots of breathing treatments. He seems to be a little better today! We hope that he countinues to get better and that his mood continues to improve! We are hoping that he is well enought to go to Montana. We have been looking forward to some family time and having our daddy home with us! Adalayde seems to be healthy as of now. We pray that she stays well and does'nt get RSV. The picture is of Anderson when he was about 6 months old doing a breathing treatment!

Kindermusik

On Monday's I take Anderson to Kindermusik. He loves to go and sing, dance and play with instruments. It is fun for us to have some mommy and son time.
We take Adaslayde to Aunt Liesl's. While she is there she gets held the entire time so she loves it too! Pierce and Ainsley help take good care of her.

Adalayde's favorite place to sleep

She loves to sleep in the pink pillow all wrapped up. I don't let her with out our supervision but since daddy is watching football today she gets to sleep in the pink pillow. We also have a green one but she prefers the pink. She is already so girly!!

Adalayde's Blessing

This picture is a little late since she was blessed back in October but I thought I would put it on here since she looked so cute. She was a perfect angel for the bessing, not a peep. Her dad gave her a beautiful blessing and we enjoyed a wonderful day with family. Thanks to my Grandma, my mom and aunt Kristin we also enjoyed some really great food!

Day Light Savings

I use to love Day Light Savings until I had Children. Now I hate it!! The kids wake up at the same time but it is an hour earlier. Now my schedule is all messed up. It throws naps and bedtime all off and I will spend the next week trying to get them back on a schedule! Today when we were getting ready to leave for church Justin told me to go see Anderson down stairs. This is what I found! It's 10:30 and Anderson is asleep of the floor. I am sure this will be his only nap today! This evening will be great!!

Thanks Great Grammy for our outfits!

Justin and Anderson mow the lawn

He loved his costume!!
We had a great Halloween. Anderson was a Dragon thanks to his Grammy whom made his darling costume. Adalayde was a bee, she looked so cute but did not last long in her costume. She prefers to be swaddled! We should have had her be a mummy instead. Anderson had lots of fun withhis cousins Pierce and Ainsley aka Sleeping Beauty and Prince Phillip!
